Just a reminder, but you don't need Pummeling Bully if you just wanted Pummeling Charge.
Otherwise, you can skip the Combat Expertise and 13 Int requirement by taking the Dirty Fighting feat.
This feat counts as having Dex 13, Int 13, Combat Expertise, and Improved Unarmed Strike for the purposes of meeting the prerequisites of the various improved combat maneuver feats, as well as feats that require those improved combat maneuver feats as prerequisites.

Yes, Pummeling Bully is a trap option that no one should ever take. If it would only take Improved Trip, it would be fairly nice, but as you've experienced, taking improved Reposition is too much of a hassle.
In practice, presuming you're an unchained Monk (which you really, really, really should be), you could usually do without Pummeling Charge, because the Flying Kick style strike does most of the job.
In case you absolutely want that feat: Since Pummeling Bully does not repeat the Int 13 prereq. (which is unusual), taking the Improved X feats as bonus feats works. Dipping a level into Blood Conduit Bloodrager would do that (and you get Rage, so it's actually sensible). Alternatively, but mechanically much worse, would be taking either the Wildcat or the Flowing Monk archetype. Neither is compatible with unMonk, though, which in term means your character will suck. Flowing Monk would at least fit such a character.

Another way around the Int 13 prereq is the combat stamina feat, if that system from PF Unchained is in use in your game.
The combat tricks for pummeling style & charge are also worthwhile, combat stamina isn't a wasted feat if it's allowed.
