Streamlined combat with depth of character choice.
This would be my tag line for Pathfinder 2.

Should have said
Streamlined mechanics with depth of character choice.

It's a good tagline but it brings up a question of marketing to me. Streamlined mechanics with depth of character choice holds true comparing PF2 to PF1. But it's not streamlined compared to 5e.
I think depth of character choice holds true regardless but maybe something like.. fast tactical combat would try and convey the best of the game to both a PF1 and a 5e audience.
Is this a challenge?
How about.
Power gamer appeal!
Pathfinder 2e, Maximum Depth, Minimized complexity!
Casual gamer appeal!
Pathfinder 2e, More Beer, less math!

I like both of those.
Fast tactical combat with depth of character choice.
More beer, less math is also great.

So easy you can play it while drunk, so deep you'll want to when sober!

It would definitely appeal to the Caydenites...

So maybe streamlined mechanics with tactical combat and depth of character choice.

So the list of things they can't sneak attack has continued to shrink, but it's not quite down to nothing yet.

To be fair, it was more a joke on how easy it is to apply flat-footed in 2e. :)
