I have reinstated your subscription. The items that came out while it was suspended are currently in your sidecart. So they will ship out with the next subscription order. If you'd like them to go out right away we can do that.
I can help you with the payment method. I just need to know which card you are trying to use. You can send me an email with the last four of the card you want to use if it is already on your account. Otherwise we can add it for you if you give us a call at 420-250-0800 between 10am and 5pm pacific time, Monday through Friday.
