Hello. As the title indicates, I'm wondering if the BB is sanctioned for society play and if so, where I can find the chronicles. If it's not, is there plans and/or might it be approved before GenCon?
Beginner Box has considerably different rules than Society, so I wouldn't hold my breath for sanctioning. They were running BB nonstop at Paizocon, and there was nary a chronicle sheet to be seen.

They have sanctioned scenarios for the Pathfinder Beginners Box, So I am hoping for the same for Starfinder.

I suspect that we will get a chronicle sheet for the BB eventually, since that's a simple and great way to transition a player from the BB to the ongoing campaign. Of course, that means someone needs to write up that sheet, and that's time that could be used doing something else.
It'll happen. It just might take awhile, though.
