Next up in stretch goals, we get the first expansion from what was once destined to become Ultimate Armies, the 10th installment in our Ultimate line. Instead, we'll be adding those new elements as stretch goals to this campaign for everyone to enjoy! First up, the troop template with conversion guidelines for transforming ordinary creatures into adventure-level mobs, gangs, and hordes to battle your PCs, along with sample troops to drop into your campaign!
Plus, coming soon it's FREE LOOT FOR EVERYBODY!!! We're not even kidding - check out the backer goals! At 300 total backers, all backers get a free PDF of the Treasury of the Kingdom for their favorite system, with dozens of great magic items to stock your kingdom, including many that integrate with the kingdom-building and mass combat rules you'll find in Ultimate Kingdoms!

I'm going to keep an eye on this and see if I can join in. I've purchased all of the "Ultimate" series as they've been released, so there are only a few elements I don't already have in book & PDF form.

Alas, yes. There are unfortunately too many cool projects going on at any time to ever fully avoid overlapping someone else's project (or multiple someone else's even). By all means check out Ultimate Spheres too if you haven't, but we hope you can circle back around to Ultimate Kingdoms! We'll have a window of after-Kickstarter pledging as well. Those pledges won't affect stretch goals but definitely can get you in on Kickstarter deals! Or you can just pledge $1 to be a Peasant... for Now! and get in on the after-pledge survey action later on. For that matter, we're happy to work with individuals who need to delay a pledge and just invoice them a little later, after their next paycheck, etc. We're all about making it as easy as possible for you to join in!

Another day... ANOTHER stretch goal is in!
The first piece of the never-published Ultimate Armies will finally see the light of day! The redoubtable reviewer Endzeitgeist Sigurðr can rejoice, as he's loved so many of the previous installments, and now a full-on troop template with conversion guide and sample troops is coming your way!

The Ultimate Kingdoms Kickstarter ends next week, but thanks to your generous support it just keeps getting more awesome! The noble and righteous (( (yes, (( :)) pushed us over the $38,000 mark, unlocking new warfare logistics and supply rules from Jason Nelson and Ben Walklate! And just before then we had actually TWO people with the honor of being backer #600 - first Chad Kirkendall hit the mark, but then someone abdicated their throne and dropped us back to 599! Thankfully, the noble Baron Jeff Phinney stepped right us and pushed us back to 600 to unlock our latest special guest author, the bodacious and bombastic Brian Berg, owner of TPK Games and maker of many awesome things for 5E and Pathfinder!

I'm glad this got so well funded; I would have given something if I didn't get smacked a few weeks ago with a near $2000 repair bill.
But I would like to ask, is there any way for people solely interested in getting Ultimate Armies to pick up a copy of just that supplement? I'm asking because I already have all the others for Pathfinder 1st edition and it seems a redundancy to have to get them all over again just for 'Armies'.
I asked Jason about this on the KS, and it looks like the answer is "possible but unlikely".
