The feat, Raging Blood, states that it give you a "lesser" bloodrage. Also, it states
Your blood boils with latent energy, filling you with an intense fury.Prerequisites: Eldritch Heritage or sorcerer bloodline class feature.
Benefit: You gain the 1st-level bloodrager bloodline power for your bloodline. In addition, you gain the ability to enter a state similar to (but less powerful than) a bloodrager’s bloodrage. You can enter this lesser bloodrage twice per day, for up to 4 rounds. During this lesser bloodrage, you gain a +2 morale bonus to Strength and Constitution, and no morale bonus on Will saving throws. Otherwise, this benefit is the same as the bloodrage class feature.
If you have more than one bloodline, you choose the bloodline this applies to upon taking the feat.
The part that says "this benefit is the same as the bloodrage class feature" means that you can use the 1st-level bloodrager bloodline power by activating the Raging Blood feat. This also means that you're treated as Bloodraging when you use it.
Now, if this feat counts as giving you the benefit of the Bloodrage class feature, does that mean you can use it to qualify for feats like Mad Magic that have "Bloodrage class feature" as a pre-requisite?| Claxon |
Raging Blood actually give the first level bloddline power for your sorcerer bloodline, fully. You don't have to enter bloodrage to gain the benefit, unless the benefit only applies while raging.
This feat basically grants you a lesser version of Bloodrage, so you should be able to take feats that depend on Bloodrage.

David, that's not true.
The bloodrager gains bloodline powers at 1st level, 4th level, and every 4 levels thereafter. The bloodline powers a bloodrager gains are described in his chosen bloodline. For all spell-like bloodline powers, treat the character’s bloodrager level as the caster level.
At 6th level and every 3 levels thereafter, a bloodrager receives one bonus feat chosen from a list specific to each bloodline. The bloodrager must meet the prerequisites for these bonus feats. At 7th, 10th, 13th, and 16th levels, a bloodrager learns an additional spell derived from his bloodline. These spells are in addition to the number of spells given on Table: Bloodrager. These spells cannot be exchanged for different spells at higher levels.
If the bloodrager takes levels in another class that grants a bloodline, the bloodlines must be the same type, even if that means that the bloodline of one of the classes must change. Subject to GM discretion, the bloodrager can change his former bloodline to make them conform.
The rules don't mention that anywhere that I see.
And if you look at examples of 1st level bloodline powers, it wouldn't really make sense to limit them only to bloodraging.
Disruptive Bloodrage (Su)
At 1st level, the DC to cast spells defensively increases by 2 for enemies within your threatened area. This increase stacks with that granted by the Disruptive feat.
Staggering Strike (Su)
At 1st level, when you confirm a critical hit the target must succeed at a Fortitude saving throw or be staggered for 1 round. The DC of this save is equal to 10 + 1/2 your bloodrager level + your Constitution modifier. These effects stack with the Staggering Critical feat; the target must save against each effect individually.
1st level bloodrager bloodline powers are analogous to 1st level sorcerer bloodline powers. They don't have anything to do with bloodraging, really. It's just a special power because of your bloodline heritage.

It is in the Bloodrager rules, but in an unexpected place. The first paragraph under the bloodlines says,
Bloodrager Bloodlines
When a bloodrager enters a bloodrage, he often takes on a physical transformation influenced by his bloodline and powered by the magic that roils within him. Unless otherwise specified, he gains the effects of his bloodline powers only while in a bloodrage; once the bloodrage ends, all powers from his bloodline immediately cease, and any physical changes the bloodrager underwent revert, restoring him to normal.
I played a bloodrager through all of 1st level before I found that rule. That bloodrager was an NPC, I was the GM, and I deliberately searched for the rule because I noticed people mentioning it in this forum.

Man, that's really easy to miss if you use D20 due to where it's placed.
They really should have mentioned it other places too.
I totally never realized it was there. That said, I never dipped bloodrager, and the only one I played was an arcane bloodline bloodrager and the Disruptive power just didn't come up for the adventure we played (wasn't an AP, just a module, or whatever the term is).
To David, I apologize for missing it. I expected the restriction to being mentioned in the place where bloodline powers are first mentioned. Not hidden away in two sentences introducing bloodlines.

Awesome! I was asking because because I'm building a fire-focused Human Draconic/Solar Crossblooded Sorcerer/Fighter/Eldritch Knight around Flumefire Rage. Mad Magic is a Combat feat, so I can take Raging Blood and Flumefire Rage at level 1, and multiclass into Fighter and take Mad Magic at level 2. From there, I'd grab Spell Focus (Evocation) at level 3 because I'd have the Bloodline Mutation, Blood Havoc from level 1 (but, Burning Hands isn't a bloodline spell for Draconic or Solar).

I rather sneakily got around that limitation of bloodrager powers working only while in a bloodrage by replacing my 1st level bloodline power with a bloodline familiar (which obviously does not go away when you stop raging) and then never taking any more levels in that class.
Bloodrager is a rather interesting class to dip into -- it nicely covered some of my Spirit Dancer Medium's weaknesses.
