An ancient mothership from another galaxy, with at least 100 bays. Use my random base or spaceship tables scattered throughout the homebrew section. The main computer and power are offline, but most rooms have sufficient resources to operate their individual features. This lost ship is drifting near the Pact worlds now and salvage crews are going want to jump on it.
On Eox, and inside the planet, they have terrarium like areas where they raise the living. They treat them like children, trying to raise more bone sages and such. They of course have dungeons under the schools of necromancy, for leveling up their future techno liches.
