I just found this and...
What?
Isn't Earth supposed to be in another galaxy or something?
Is this just an artist mistake?
Is this android doing research into why there seem to be humans on many different far-removed planets? (They are on Androffa, too)
Are they doing research into how several people in Pre-Gap Golarion somehow managed to cross into another galaxy without any kind of Drift travel?
Are they a member of Tabletop RPG company called Oziap that is creating a new campaign setting where magic doesn't exist?
I demand ANSWERS, Paizo!

Without getting into a lot of specifics, there is an adventure path in which the players end up on Earth through wibbly wobbly timey wimey magic.
Earth, our Earth, exist in the Golarion setting in another galaxy.
Technically, you can reach it quite easily using Interstellar Transport spell.
Heck, you can reach it quite easily using the planeshift spell. Planeshift specifies you arrive 5 to 500 miles away from your destination on the target plane. Cast it once to go to any plane other than the material plane. Cast it again to arrive within 500 miles of your target destination on Earth. The real problem is knowing that Earth exists in the first place.

The answer to the OP is that this is an example of artist laziness/mistake/sabotage/Easter egg.

A technomancer can't reach it with Interplanetary Teleport because while it doesn't specify a galactic limitation on the "other solar systems you have been to" option, you do have to spend resolve equal to the number of days of drift travel required to get there. Since the Drift can't reach other galaxies, I have to assume this fails.
I guess an 18th level Mystic (Star Shaman) can do it if he's been there before, but he probably shouldn't be able to either.

I'm well aware of Earth's existence in the Pathfinder/Starfinder Canon, but irc it is in another galaxy, (that's what I was referring to with "several people in Pre-Gap Golarion managing to cross into another galaxy") so barring very serious research into Pre-Gap history, the people in Starfinder shouldn't even be aware of its existence, much less have a map of it.
And yeah, the most likely explanation is that it's an artist mistake or unexplainable Easter egg, but I enjoy wild baseless speculation. :)

Sorry, I was referring to the PF1 version of Interstellar Transport.
Magic got weaker between editions. Spell casters just aren't what they used to be.
