The obvious choices would be skill improving feats, like Skill Focus or Persuasive. In practice, putting all your eggs in one basket rarely leads to characters that are fun to play. Why not round out the character instead? Increasing combat prowess, shoring up defenses, that sort of things.
What's the character look like? Class(es), archetype(s), feats, traits, spells, etc.

Are we talking Diplomacy or Bluff, here?
Persuasive, Rhetorical Finish, Confabulist.
Most of the Intrigue Feats listed in the Vigilante Social Talents section.
But you should really focus on creating a well balanced character with the proper survival/adventuring feats, good combat utility.
Even with no bonus feats from the class, picking up Persuasive, Iron Will, and Power Attack/Point Blank Shot can be accomplished pretty early on.

They aren't Feat, but rather Rogue Talents: Coax Information lets you substitute Bluff for Diplomacy and Intimidation. Honeyed Words lets you roll your Bluff twice and take the better result.
There is a Wondrous Item, the Mask of the Stony Demeanor that gives you a +10 on Bluff Checks to lie.
Extra Rogue Talent: That's a Feat.
