Build viability

Shattered Star

I've been playing a Rogue/Swashbuckler build, and am currently level 7. I was planning to start a shattered defenses build, and build upon intimidation with a skill unlock, and the dazzling display feat tree. The goal is to create sneak attack opportunities on my own, and debuff enemies. Could this end up as a viable build for this AP, or should I look into other options to contribute in other ways?

Could be good. While there are quite a lot of fights in less enclosed spaces, where you can get flanking opportunities, there are also a good number of fights where space to move is at a premium and being able to sneak attack without a buddy could be good. The AP, however, has a not insignificant number of constructs as enemies, as well as a good number of undead, so I'm not sure how an intimidation build would go with that.

I kinda figured that might be a problem. We've ran into a couple constructs so far, and I had a feeling undead would have a decent presence. Might want to avoid going TOO far into the dazzling display feat tree. I'll take a look at a wider variety of options so I'm not a one trick pony

Good idea. Take a look at the Gang Up feat. It will help with getting in more sneak attacks, even if space is at a premium.
