Do Natural Weapons = Unarmed Attacks for the Purpose of a Ring of Strength Sapping?

Rules Questions

I have a fourth-level Draconic bloodline Bloodrager who has two natural weapon claw attacks. If he has a Ring of Strength Sapping, does hitting with one of his claw attacks satisfy the requirement of "hitting a living creature with an unarmed attack" to proc the ring? Assume for the purpose of this discussion that his opponent is a living creature (no undead allowed in this fight).

Sovereign Court

Unless they have something special that allows them to apply unarmed strike feats and other effects to their claw attacks... No it does not.

Might could do with Feral combat training and AoMF conductive?
