There are some enchantments, like glamored for instance, which don't have an enhancement bonus cost only a price increase. This means they can be added without increasing the price of further enchantments making them particularly interesting.
I'm not sure if such a list already exists, but I was able to quickly put one together using information from Archives of Nethys

I recent noticed something. The spell resistance armor enhancements have effects that are easily priced by item creation rules. Spell resistance is worth 10,000 gp per SR point beyond 12.
So, consider the following:
effect Bonus Cost
SR 13 +2 10,000 gp
SR 15 +3 30,000 gp
SR 17 +4 50,000 gp
SR 19 +5 70,000 gp
This might offer some guidelines when converting enhancement abilities to flat prices, and flat prices to enhancement bonuses. However, I already notice a flaw with this thinking. A +1 armor with SR 19 has a total enhancement bonus of +6, so it would be worth 36,000 gp, which is about half of what the chart lists. Likewise, a +5 armor with SR 19 has a total enhancement bonus of +10, so it would be worth 100,000 gp, which is nearly 50% more than what the chart lists. So maybe be willing to adjust prices up or down by 50%?
