Sorry this might be a basic question covered somewhere in the rules but I couldn't find a clear answer, what the consensus on having a cleric craft divine spell scrolls of their domain spells? For example: I have the travel domain and have access to the fly spell via my domain spell slot. Under the spell heading its listed as (Tavel 3) does this mean the spell is on my class spell list or not? Can I craft scrolls of my domain spells?

I would allow it. I think that clerics should be able to craft and use scrolls that contain domain spells.
If you want to get technical, it would not be on the cleric's spell list. I would consider the spell to be on the cleric's domain spell list.
If a domain spell is not on the cleric spell list, a cleric can prepare it only in her domain spell slot.

yeah thats what got confusing to me because you should be able to craft a scroll of any spell you can cast right? or was the intent to only allow clerics to 1/day cast spells outside of the main body of cleric spell? My issue I guess is that I can't decide what the RAI is, and the RAW not being 100% clear to me.

RAW under craft scroll is that you must be have the spell prepared to make a scroll [or known if spontaneous caster]. Domain spells are prepared so you're good to go. [CR552]
RAW for using the scroll is less clear as it needs to be on your class list to use a scroll.
That being said it seems 100% in line with RAI that you be able to use a scroll that you personally created, so I would allow it.
