So ya, Happy New Year’s y’all! I’m admittedly drunk as Hell right now but it’s time for celebrating! Here’s to hoping everyone is having a good time and to Paizo having a great release of PF2! I’m sure you’ll manage!
Does anyone have a tradition they’d like to share? Mine is (obviously) drinking, slipping into a horribly bastardized Gaelic accent of one form or another and playing Aerosmith’s Dream On just before midnight and Green Day’s Good Riddance just after. I enjoy it anyway.

I don't have any New Years traditions, really, but I do like to report continuing success on my New Years resolution - ten years ago I made a New Years resolution not to make any more New Years resolutions, and I've kept it ever since. :P

Good for you. I don’t think I’ve ever made a New Years resolution. I have a personal distaste of trying to forecast or set the future in stone. Trying to even subconsciously limit future possibilities just feels wrong and like you’re asking for trouble. If Fate exists she is a fickle creature who loves irony. Much of my life has proven this to me. I particularly hate those questions you get some times that ask you where you will be in 5 years. I never would have guessed at the age of 21 that by my 26 birthday I’d have moved half a dozen times, gotten married, had a kid, gotten divorced and over a dozen other far stranger and statistically unusual circumstances that I won’t go into.
Sorry for the TMI rant. I’d also like to note now that I’m sober that the horrible accent is not a standard for my ritual. It just happened last night for no reason I can think of. Lol.
