Child friendly campaigns

I think Paizo should specialize its products more to different markets.

You could have a child friendly campaign, or a role playing heavy (minimal combat) campaign. I think you would sell more products to people who are more interested in those lines. Or at least put on your covers a rating system: PG, PG13, etc. 1-5 stars combat vs role playing.

All of Paizo’s material is aimed at PG13+, I believe.

For what it’s worth, there are some third party solutions:

Legendary Games have created a low level (1-5) AP aimed for newer/younger players.

It’s part of their Legendary Beginnings product line.

Quite a few titles seem to be on backorder. I believe they also offer Print On Demand, via their own website.

Most AP can be adjusted to be more appropriate for a younger audience. Let's use the Hook Mountain Massacre as an example, it's written to riff off The Hills Have Eyes and is full of horrible hill-billy ogre horror. Skim off the horror elements and you're left with ogres taking over a fortress, play the ogres and dumb brutes and scale back on the head eating and you're good to go.

I imagine this will be true in most instances. If the adventure contains something gross or disturbing, just tone it down in real time at your table.

Also, RPGNow are currently discounting a selection of family friendly games that might be more appropriate for youngsters: https://www.rpgnow.com/featured.php?promotion_id=TYK-RPG-2018

Depends on what you consider "child-friendly". If you think that wanton theft, arson, murder and burglary shouldn't be encouraged to minors, well, Paizo APs aren't really for you. However, if you think that the above are fine with kids but the thought of a bare female nipple shatters your reality, well, you're in luck, Paizo products are American-friendly.
