I expect it would vary from God to God as well as place to place. Some Gods are more organized and regimented than others.
Lawful, organized religions that aren't in hiding are probably going to have official vestments (although variation from region to region would be quite likely) while a chaotic or outlawed group is probably going to less regimented.
Equally, for some Gods their color and the look of their clergy are going to be important to them, while others won't care about that. Groetus doesn't even have favorite colors (I don't think he has a favorite anything) and wouldn't care what his clerics did even if he did.
That said, I would expect in most cities the clergy of the major gods would be easily identifiable by dress, which would heavily feature the colors of their deity.

The god articles in the APs usually mention what colour clothing the priests wear. Some are pretty obvious like red and black for Asmodeus or yellow and black for Wasp-Girl.
Generally speaking, I think they follow the colours of the god's holy symbol. So if you just flick through the ISWG and apply the colours of the pics to the priest clothes and temple fixtures.

Not just clerics, but any devoted worshippers probably wears something marked in some ways. For example, I would expect most monastic temples (the martial arts kind of monastery) to trim the robes in blue, and whatever ranking system they use, say belts, would have either white fringe, or alternatively be dyed in such a way that the belt maintains a white stripe down the middle, to represent the enlightenment they strive for, the quest for perfection where even the greatest among them is still but a novice. Even the monasteries that don't follow irori still likely have it as tradition.
