Hey I've been reading these blogs for years, first time commenting though because I'm wondering if I can get an official ruling, however rare those are.
Here is my question
If a player character had been subject to the "Enter the Umbral Court" Occult Ritual(1), and then been fed Ghost Syrup(2). Would the character lose its damage reduction or regeneration?
Neither of these are expressly excluded by the description of Incorporeal under Sub-type or Universal Monster Rules. However after looking at the premade monster stat blocks for Nymphs(3-4) and Dragons(5-6) it would appear that Damage Reduction, at least, only applies in the monsters corporeal form.

Nothing about becoming incorporeal in general or via the specific method of ghost syrup causes the subject to lose damage reduction nor regeneration--for example, a werewolf who casts dust form retains its damage reduction simply because nothing in the incorporeal rules, the damage reduction rules, nor the spell description says that the caster would lose said damage reduction. So the onus for providing references is on the person claiming that damage reduction and/or regeneration would be lost, not on the person disputing that claim.
Regarding (4), that link goes to stats from the original, non-Pathfinder RPG version of the creature in question, so it's not terribly useful as a reference. I'll have to consult my Anniversary Edition version to see what it says. Regardless, the creature in question is a one-off creature for that particular adventure, not an example of an unprinted rule.
Regarding (6), that's a specific monster type and again doesn't represent an example of an unprinted rule. It demonstrates that one particular type of incorporeal undead that happens to arise from some dead dragons doesn't have damage reduction.

If you look at Myrianna’s page it still lists DR 10/cold iron. Nothing in the description or any other part of that page says anything about losing it. That would indicate that she still has it even while incorporeal.
The wymwraith is not a templated creature so what the original creature had is irrelevant. This is no different than if a human where to be turned into a wraith. The entry on wraith lists 3 feats, but humans get a bonus feat. When the 20th level human fighter is turned into a wraith he still only gets 3 feats.

1. Occult Rituals: Enter the Umbral Court
2. poison: Ghost Syrup
3. nymph
4. myrianna
5. black-dragon-great-wyrm
6. wyrmwraith(Please don't tell me that it is a GM call, thank you, I know, we all know. I'm not looking for opinions, please use references.)
Linkified, with extra links to exact location on the page.
As the ritual states you gain stuff but not loose stuff, and likewise with the poison, there is no RAW support for loosing DR or Regeneration.

Weirdly, when I checked that link earlier I did not see the DR still present. I don't know whether it changed or whether I just glossed over it since it was on its own line instead of inline with the Defensive Abilities field.
