Seeking Co-GM for ongoing Skull & Shackles Campaign

Recruitment

Hello there.

I recently started a Skull & Shackles PbP game here on the forums, and while it is going very well, real life is starting to put some more constraints on my time. While I am still able to post and run the game, I am concerned that posting delays will start to become more frequent, and I don't want to lose player interest and have the game die on me.

As such, I am looking for a Co-GM to come aboard and help me out. I need someone who can handle creating an updating maps, or rebuilding encounters for 6 players, or handling the fluffier storytelling elements, or all of the above in the instance where my work calls me away and I can't make a post.

I know the concern may be that you would be taking over the game from me entirely. For the forseeable future, this will not be the case. I am not looking for a replacement at this time, only a helper. If that changes in the future, we can discuss it at that time.

If you're interested, let me know. I look forward to hearing from you.

I will note, since I didn't before, that my group is currently in Part 3 of Book 1, The Wormwood Mutiny.

Spoiler:
They mutinied early, so Plugg and Scourge are out of the picture. They just got onto Bonewrack Isle, and so far have fought the frogs, and are currently engaged with the ship's whores.

Has anyone responded to your call yet?

You would be the first. :-)

Ok. I have a couple questions

What's the tone of your group? How serious/silly are they making it?

And, how do you plan for us to communicate GM privileged info? Pm, Google, other?

For the most part they're playing it pretty straight. There's a little comic relief, but only ever in situations where it's actually warranted, in-character. So, I'd say fairly serious. If you'd like to have a read, you're more than welcome to.

I am open to suggestions. Preferred method would be PM or Discord, though if there's something you'd find preferable, we can work something out.

Looks like they're an active group too!

Very well. If you'll have me I will take up the charge and make sure your group doesn't fade.
I have run Skull and Shackles live all the way through and online a couple times, but the online games died. Hopefully I can make sure this one makes it, if you'll have me!

Though I'm going to be up front in saying that I'm very bad at using roll20 (because it hates phones and I mainly operate via mobile because of work) and Imagur (because I never use that app). So my contributions will probably be mainly textual.
