At 10th level, you gain another daily use of this ability, and the radius of the effect increases to 20 feet. Additionally, you can raise or lower the gravity, radiation, wind, or cold or heat dangers in the area by one step (for instance, from very hot conditions to normal temperature, from medium radiation to severe radiation, or from extreme gravity to high gravity; see Environmental Rules on pages 400–404 of the Core Rulebook for details).
At 19th level, you gain another daily use of this ability. Additionally, you can raise or lower the gravity, radiation, wind, and cold or heat dangers in the area by one step each.
Unless I'm reading this wrong both the 10th and 19th level version give you the same thing? Should the level 10 not have the ability..or does the lvl 19 give you another step so change it up to 2 steps?
Also I'd like to add that I like the overall idea of this power. Both flavor and game mechanics wise.

I was also confused by the 10th level wording ("or" made me think one thing, but "dangers" plural even if gramatically correct pulled me the other direction), but I figured out your intent when I got down to the 19th level version.
In the interim I posted and then deleted a thread about this, so something more explicit would probably be helpful to many.

the 10th level ability is an "or." You can only increase one of those things.
At 19th level it's "each." You can adjust all of them at the same time.
I'm making a note to look at the wording.
Thanks! That would have taken a while. Skimming, I actually just assumed that it had been upgraded to a two-step change.

After a first pass read of infinite worlds, i have one question.
There is a castor level check if the hazard is a result form a spell or item, but what if the hazard is a result form another infinite worlds? Dueling infinite worlds, what happens? Is there a check?
I'm also not clear if the hazard as a result from a spell or item has to be permanent in order to be affected.
Oh, one more thing off topic.
I love Push Grenade. Seems like that will be super fun.
