Folks, we've come across a slight issue that started recently with how orders are processed for digital subscriptions and it causes orders with payment failures to get duplicate authorizations made against their payment methods.
For most orders this won't be an issue, but for some payment failure types, the payment processor will still place a hold on funds even though we received a payment failure and cannot process the transaction. It won't deduct funds from the account, just places a hold on them so they can't be used until that hold is released. I cannot run the automatic process until this is resolved because it could be detrimental to accounts in this situation. Our software developer Robert is working on a fix for this issue so I can run the fulfillment process as soon as possible.

In the meantime, I know that many of you have been waiting for your scenarios so you can start prepping for your games! I hope I can resolve this by end of day today but I know how every hour counts when you're prepping for a game night, so if you have a game tonight November 28th or tomorrow November 29th post your order number in this thread and I can process your subscription order manually.

The tech team is vetting code and about to roll but CS is still processing as many of these manually as we can as a backup.

Code has been rolled, issue has been resolved and scenarios are being fulfilled through the fulfillment process.
I get antsy when orders are created on one version of code and fulfilled on another so if you notice anything out of place, please let me know.
