I’m running my first campaign set in the inner sea region. One of my npc’s are a Dwarven Samari and has an adversion to magical objects. He is ok with ability enhancing items and the like but his character doesn’t want anything flashy. His character style is a true tank. The party is currently at lvl 6 almost 7 and I’m trying to come up with gear ideas to keep his character relevant. Any ideas would be appreciated.

According to the Wealth by Level table, a 7th level character should have 23,500 gp if PC, 4,650 gp if NPC, or 6,000 gp if Heroic NPC. Since you seem particularly attached to this character, I would say he won't be less than a Heroic NPC, so I will assume a budget of 6k.
Being a tank, the best non-magical item I can think of is an adamantine full-plate, which should cost 16.5k. Being a Dwarf, it wouldn't be out of character if he had blacksmithing experience. Give him full ranks in Craft(Armor) and assume he crafted the armor himself at 1/3 of the price (5.5k)
This leaves you with 500gp you can spend in a masterwork weapon and other kinds of basic equip. Unfortunately an adamantine weapon costs ~3k, which means that even if the Dwarf crafted it himself via Craft(Weapon) at 1/3 of the price, he would still be 500gp short. In this case, you might want to give him a trait to boost his cash (for example Noble Born), or just hand-waive it.

Ok, this leaves room to more options. How strong is his aversion to magical items? Because at first it seemed quite deep, but then you said he is ok with non-flashy magical items.
I would first invest in special materials: a self-crafted adamantine full-plate, living steel heavy shield and adamantine weapon would cost about ~6.5k (or ~20k if bought, which pretty much eats all the budget).
If the Dwarf crafts the previous items himself, throw in at least a +4 ability boost belt/headband and that's 16k (as I assume the character would be OK crafting mundane weapons and wearing basic magical items, but definitely not crafting magical items himself).
This already puts you at ~22.5k, with 1k to spare for basic equip.
