Need Attribute Advice for a Level 10 / Mythic 2 Brawler

I am choosing to switch my character from Slayer to Brawler before the game starts , as the Gm(S) have said there is no switching once the game has started and my slayer one a one Hit wonder I realized so I want some versatility in combat but also be able to Deal Decent damage.

I am Not sure if i Should be Strength or Dexterity base

The game is 20 point buy Mythic Tier 2

Any Race 15 points or lower. I'd Prefer to be human for the bonus feat. but i could be convinced To play another Race.

I would go strength as power attack is a prereq for lots of manuvers. Also fencing grace and dervish dance don't play well with brawler's flurry (they can work if you use weapon modifications). Weapon finesse lets you use Dex for some combat manuvers but not all so depending on what you want to do you maybe limited going Dex.

Using weapon mods you can make a big two handed weapon flurryable.

Weapons are important for DR.

Armor is the hard part on brawlers on low PB. I like a buckler and cestus, armor expert trait and a Mithril breaat plate when you can afford it.

I like this becuase you're still punching but your ac is better and you can enchant for half the price.

I like this because you're still punching but your ac is better and you can enchant for half the price, but a shield with USA is good too.

How are these for feats

I know i need to switch one out if i'm going to dual talent human

LV(1) Power Attack (Albert can choose to take a -3 on his attacks rolls to deal and extra 6 Damage on his attacks rolls for the round)
LV(1) Dirty Fighting - For go the +2 Bonus from flanking an to not provoke AoO when preforming combat Maneuver. Or increase the bonus to +4 from flanking
LV(2) Two-Weapon Fighting (The penalty for two weapon fighting for Albert becomes -2)
LV(2) Improved Dirty Trick (+2 to Dirty Trick combat maneuvers and +2 to CMD vs Dirty trick combat Maneuvers )
LV(3) Dodge (+1 To Ac)
LV(5) Combat Reflexes (Make a Number of Extra AoO equal to your Dex Mod +1
LV(5) IMP - Trip (+2 to Trip combat maneuvers and +2 to CMD vs trip combat Maneuvers )
LV(7) Pummeling Style When Attacking count a foes damage Reduction only once per round
LV(8) IMP Two-Weapon Fighting (Make an extra Attack with your off handed weapon)
LV(8) Weapon Focus - Un-Armed strike (+1 to hit with Unarmed Strikes)
LV(9) Improved Initiative (+4 to Initiative)

Str Dex Con Int Wis Cha numbers are stats in standard order.

I would drop dodge +1 ac is pretty bad for a feat if you don't need it for a feat chain.

Remember to use dedicated adversary when you need to kick butt.

An aside abut my favorite brawler.

A little thing about the brawler I like the exemplar. You lose manuver mastery and UAS/close weapon mastery. But you gain Inspiring Prowess. Here is the kicker becuase the inspire bonuses are to attacks they apply to all manuvers! The accuracy and damage bonuses off set the lose of damage dice (this does function better for weapon brawlers cestus for punching). In the end you get this amazing action economy swift gain a feat, move start inspiring prowess, standard field instruction share feat.
