The pathfinder savant or daivrat PrCs are other possibilities. I don't think a ring of SK would cut it, an arcanist isn't technically a spontaneous spellcaster.
Given what you'd likely need to pay for this, contagious zeal or multiple castings of heroism might be a relatively good option. The untold wonder spell and/or the encouraging spell metamagic might help.
Edit: if being able to affect the targets with good hope rather than preparing the spell might be enough, there are magic items - a wand of good hope, a suzerain scepter or a custom staff if those are available.

Found another complex way to do it but not as "costly"
Worship a deity with the Chaos domain, specifically the Revelry subdomain.
At 10th level or above, an arcanist can take/retrain to the Arcane Discovery arcanist exploit. As the Arcane Discovery, take Faith Magic. Choose good hope and I can prepare it in a 4th level slot.
I was hoping to do it a lot sooner than 10th level, though.
I am looking to actually get it on my spell list because of the many things you can do to a spell known/prepared but not with wands. I prefer good hope to heroism specifically for the damage bonus.

It’s not just good hope. I’m making a buffing arcanist (brown-fur transmuter) and entering the Magaambyan Arcanist prestige class (which gives access to Druid spells) I wanted to add some of the really good bard-only buff spells to my spell list to top it off.
Ideally I was looking for something like Fey Spell Versatility or Unsanctioned Knowledge, but I’d settle for a way to add one or two spells. Good hope is the example because it’s the first one to spring to mind, and also one of my favorite bard spells.
