Question is pretty much what it says.
Is there a spontaneous arcane caster which gets Weapon Focus as a bonus at first level?
Prepared arcane can get it (Kensai Magus)
Prepared Divine can get it (Warpriest)
Spontaneous Divine can get it (Battle Oracle - I guess if there's a way for a bard or Sorcerer to pick up a revelation at 1 that would work too)?
Any thoughts?

Well, there's the Destined Bloodline that gets Weapon Focus as a Bonus Feat. If you go Sorcerer and take this Bloodline you'll have to wait 'til 7th level but you'll get it eventually. Still, this doesn't deliver it at first like you asked.
Closer to your request is the Arcane Virtuoso archetype of the Bard class. At 2nd level they start getting bonus feats and one they can take is Weapon Focus (Ray). Still, that's 2nd level and only for Rays.
That's all I could find.

A silksworn occultist is a spontaneous arcane caster, and with legacy weapon they could get training (weapon focus) for a minute.
An arrowsong minstrel bard is a slighltly better spellcaster than baggageboy's bloodrager and can get WF at 1st level (they can use bard level as BAB for prereqs). Not a bonus feat for the bard either though.

Thanks for taking the time to answer.
Unfortunately 'being able to take it with your regular first level feat' doesn't fit the bill as I'm working on a very particular build;
1: Virtuous Bravo | Exotic Weapon Proficiency
2: Battle Oracle | Weapon Focus
3: Virtuous Bravo | Slashing Grace
4: Virtuous Bravo |
5: Virtuous Bravo | Scaled Disciple
6: Dragon Disciple
So the requirement is Slashing Grace as early as possible, Dragon Disciple at 6, and at least 4 levels of Paladin, which means I'm really just looking to replace Oracle with something that'll give the same benefit but not require Scaled Disciple at 5.

It might still make sense to build for strength, or for DEX/STR. Dragon Disciple completely wipes out the kobold STR penalty by 9. Id Rager Bloodrager 1 and some Extra Rage would more than wipe out the kobold STR penalty at 1, making what you get from DD pure gain and then some. Using STR would mean way better combat options in the long run.
As another option, an elven curved blade using DEX to attack and 1.5xSTR and 2hand Power Attack would put DD STR and free Power Attack to good use.
