Holy Brilliant Energy weapon vs. armored undead.

Would the Holy enchantment and say an Undead Bane enchantment still take effect even though Brilliant Energy does nothing against them?

From the text saying 'A brilliant energy weapon cannot harm undead' I'd think not. It doesn't say that just the base weapon damage wouldn't apply, only 'cannot harm undead'.

This is obviously the wrong place for this question though, I'll flag it to be moved. If you have a holy undead bane brilliant energy weapon for real and need to know whether it will work on the vampires down the street let us know ASAP.
