It is very annoying to have to do a complete login every time I come to the site to download and/or make a purchase. I should be able to check a box to remember me and only enter my password like Amazon.com instead of doing a full login each time.
It is making for a very dificult customer experience, to be certain.
Is your browser not saving cookies? Because I don't have a problem with this.
Internet Explorer has never retained my login info.
Google Chrome used to retain my login info but stopped doing that last night.
