So if I was to make a continous item with Hightened Awareness on it, when I roll initiative and dismiss the spell to get the Inituative bonus, do I then reactivate it afterwards? Like do I not gave the benefits of it until I reactivate it again? Or will I still have the benefits as it is comtinous?
Same about Anticipate Peril

Your GM should not allow such a thing.
An item that always grants an initiative bonus should probably be built on the bonus squared principle. The Cracked Dusty Rose Prism Ioun stone costs 500 gp for a +1 competance bonus to initiative, since that is slotless a theoretical slotted item would cost 250. 250 * bonus squared, with a cap of probably + 5 seems ok to me as an initiative item formula.
Of course all of this is subject to your GM.

IF your GM approves it may work like any item in that activation is a standard action (unless it is continuous). Then the spell runs for its duration based on the caster level embedded in the item (and that helps determine cost). Standard costs are in the CRB. For this spell effect the standard cost will be low.
Dave had a reasonable idea above.
The rules state that not only do you use the table to figure out a cost but that GMs should compare it with similar items to determine the cost. Dave got his cost formula from another item with the effect you want.
As it is not a standard item it will probably take some Spell Research to figure out how to make the first one... so Know(Arcana) and Spellcraft may be involved. Talk with your GM and spend some shiny gold, figure out how to make it in your game.

If your GM lets you go this route, don't go for the continuous item.
Hightened Awareness: 1st level spell, 10m/level
Anticipate Peril: 1st level spell, 1m/level
If using the formulas, here is how it works out:
HA Cont: 2000*1*1*1.5 = 3000 gp
AP Cont: 2000*1*1*2 = 4000 gp [multiply by bonus you want]
HA Cmd: 1800*1*1 = 1800 gp
AP Cmd: 1800*1*1 = 1800 gp [multiply by bonus you want]
Since AP lasts 1 minute at 1st level, you need to activate it every minute. A pain for you and the GM. Making it higher level gets a higher bonus, and it needs activation less often. As a GM, I would allow an activation once per 10 minutes to be OK to assume. One activation per minute, however, starts to affect your exploration speed.

Initiative bonuses are pretty valuable. I feel that the Cracked Dusty Rose Prism Ioun stone is very under-priced. a +5 bonus for a mere 6250gp (5^2 *250) seems low. There is a reason that reactionary is the most popular trait
Consider that most other initiative bonuses are attached to hella expensive items. I think the best comparisons (those that don't have much other than initiative) are the Righteous Medal and Dueling Property. If we assume that the initiative portion is half of each of these items, it gives us +1 being worth either 3000 from the medal, or 500 from the dueling property.
Personally, I'd price it at around bonus squared times 2000. I also would probably settle on one bonus type instead of each item giving a different, stacking, bonus.
