It's the same assumption as we always make in an Adventure Path—more treasure than the Core Rules suggests as wealth-by-level, to account for the fact that not every piece of treasure will be found, and not every piece of treasure found will be sold or be useful, and that the PCs always have unexpected expenses (particularly paying for expensive components for spells like resurrection or greater restoration) that arise.
As with any Adventure Path, the GM is encouraged and expected to adjust the treasure as needed to fit her table, including adding more for a game that prefers lots of loot, taking treasure out for tables that prefer a leaner mix, and most importantly, adjusting treasure to fit the party's actual build. Have a fighter in the group who specialzied in the warhammer? Change that cool longsword in the monster's loot into a warhammer! Etc.
