Where is the full 1.3 PDF rulebook?

I'm having trouble finding it and would love to download it. A change log is absolutely necessary to inform people of what is new, but an up to date rule book is even more critical. I would take the rulebook over the changelog any day.

The Errata is located here, but as for an updated full on rulebook there is not one.

There'd be too much work inmvolved to completely redo the book to make the new material fit, since it's not set up as a document but an actual book so they'd have to take into account page/word count.

Recreating the entire rulebook in our files and recreating the PDF is not something that we currently have capacity for, seeing as we release an update every 2 weeks. The updates are the best way for us to get these changes out in a simple manner.
