using my store credit

I recently put out an order, and I couldn't use my store credit. Would you please apply it, either retroactively or in the future?

Hello Piccolo,

Sidecart items use the payment method that is attached to the subscriptions, so you will not have the option to select store credit if you are putting items in your sidecart. To use store credit for sidecarted items you will want to go to your My Subscriptions page and set them to use store credit. It looks like you have already done that, so the store credit will be used when the order is generated.


Hi, I had the option of "use store credit" on, but there hav pased 3 shipmens and my credit is intact

I'm sorry to her that the store credit wasn't applying to past orders as you expected. I have just checked, and it appears that your store credit was appropriately applied to the most recent order.

If this issue persists for you in the future, please let us know, but it appears your store credit is applying to subscriptions correctly at this time. Thank you!
