Thank you very much for getting my combined August/September subscription order out early.
However, I did notice a problem with the Plane-Hopper's Handbook. It was in the shipment for order #5295290, but I did not get the PDF for it as I should have.
Could you please look into this matter and if possible grant me the PDF?
Not sure if it's related, but the "PDF available Sep 19:" thing isn't there, and have an "Add to Cart" button instead of a clickable "Add Print Edition".
Wow, I have never heard of this happening before...what a bummer to get your shipping notice but no PDF!

I have the same issue.

Chris was able to track down and fix the missing PDF. Should be sent out to any subscribers who missed it as their package shipped shortly (if it hasn't already).
You might want to take a look at future releases as well, just in case.
Some of the early 2019 releases look pretty fouled up at the moment -- Most of them say that they have release dates of 2018, and part 1 of the Tyrant's Grasp is missing completely even though parts 2 and 3 have pages.

Maybe that should go to website feedback.
It looks like they are all fixed now except for volume 1 of Tyrant's Grasp. I will start a thread about that if there isn't one over in Website Feedback already.
