Bard Weapon Expert Proficiency

Is there a way for a bard to get expert proficiency with a weapon, a rapier in this case, other than taking fighter dedication?

Um, a Ring of Wizardry is for Arcane spells. A bard now casts Occult spells.

My god, you are right. Stock up on wands of True Strike then possibly with the addition of gloves of storing. Good thing you have a lot of resonance!
