Had a question regarding the range of spells. Will use an example that came up in our game.
The Technomancer of the party cast Life Bubble on the group earlier in the in-game day. Later on in the day our Operative left the party to scout out a target building we would be assaulting. When the Operative left, did he lose the effects of the spell when he made it 30 feet away from the party (referring to the target range) or when he stepped away 100+ feet (referring to the range of the spell) or does he not lose the effects of the spell at all? Our DM ruled it that when anyone us is 30 feet away from the party the spell goes out for the individual who stepped away. While I understand why he would want to do that but it seems very wrong and I am hoping to show him some clarification to see if he would change his mind

That's an interesting interpretation. I would ask if he is applying it universally. Can you end a debuff on yourself, by stepping out of its application range, at that table?

I don't see anything in the spell's description that suggests it creates a 30 foot spread of "maintain life bubble". It just has an area that determines which targets get tagged with the effect. Its not a maintenance effect, the caster cannot, IIRC, voluntarily end it... it just happens.
Combine that with how the rules get weird and non-sensical if you try to assume a "life bubble aura" ( it does not require picking a target to emanate from, so how exactly is the 30 foot radius supposed to ever move? ), and it seems pretty clear there is no intent for such a limit.

Regardless of how any weird table rules work, the reference for why life bubble would normally not end on your operative is on page 335 of the CRB.
Effect
Some spells create or summon things rather than affecting things that are already present. You must designate the location where these things are to appear, either by seeing it or defining it. The spell’s range determines how far away an effect can appear, but if the effect is mobile, after it appears it can move regardless of the spell’s range. For clarity, some spells specify the type or size of effect created in a separate Effect entry.
EDIT:
The same page under duration, states If a spell affects creatures directly, the result travels with the target for the spell’s duration.
Now, I suppose life bubble's target list saying creatures that are no more than 30ft apart could be considered to mean they have to stay no more than 30ft apart, but that is a very, very weird reading.
