↬If you need to make changes to the subscription details after the auth/order creation date, double check the changes applied to both the pending order and the subscription.

It looks like order creation will probably not be 100% finished by this evening and will carry over into tomorrow. This does cause some display weirdness on your My Subscription page if your order hasn't been created by 11:59pm. However it should resolve itself when the order creation wraps up tomorrow.

The queue in which orders are created does not affect the queue in which they are shipped. Sorry :(
Darn... Oh well, I am just happy that I got the notice, and the street date is only eight days from today anyway,

I believe all of the September orders have been created. If you were expecting a September order and there is not one pending in your order history, please let customer service know so we can get your order set up.
Customer service is currently at 519 emails in our inbox. We are moving through the queue as quickly as possible. If you have an *urgent* need for customer service (your order is about to ship with the wrong address or credit card, etc) please give us a call during business hours. If you already emailed us, it is helpful if you say that during your call so we can move it to our finished file.

Well, I got chapter 1 *and* chapter 2 on Wednesday when they shipped my August and September orders in the same package. Saved me some shipping cost I guess.

Hrmmm so I checked today and saw that my order was declined. I then clicked on Update Payment and it seems to have processed fine. However, I did not receive my $5 credit from September. Also Why wasn't I notified of failed payment? It was over 10 days ago that it failed. :(

Sorry I wasn't able to update earlier. The warehouse has finished shipping everything for September that was ready to go in their shipping queue by Thursday Sept 20th. If you have an order that you were expecting to ship but it has not, please let us know via email, phone or forum post and we can take a look at it.

Hello Anorak,
Thank you for your questions! I've taken a look into things, and it seems that the payment issue was able to be resolved on Friday, and your order was processed for shipment yesterday. Taking a look into our records, it looks like we did send you an email on the 13th to notify you of trouble with payment on the order, but it's possible that it got caught up in your spam filter.
As for the store credit, I did confirm that it's on your account. However, I think it wasn't automatically applied to your order because it was added to the account after your order was generated, so our system hadn't marked it for use on that order. I apologize for the confusion! With the settings you've got on your account, it should be used automatically for your next subscription order.

Hi DM Swan,
It looks like your order was caught up due to a hiccup in our system. I've given the order a push, and made sure it'll ship out as soon as possible. (I also gave the shipping a little boost to apologize for the delay.) You should get the confirmation email once the order has been processed.
