A djzet golem might qualify for being closer to an ooze...
On a more serious note, the entry for the adamantine golem mentions that building one this size requires so much adamantine that it basically necessitates a trip to the Plane of Earth; since horicalum's mentioned as being even more scarce and harder to work than adamantine, probably time and expense are the only things preventing someone from building one at a size category larger than Tiny.
However, that shouldn't stop anyone from giving them stats. Off the top of my head, I'd probably make an horicalum golem at least Small or Medium size, being under permanent Haste and having anyone within 10' or so of it having to make a Fort save or get Slowed.
But that's if you want PCs to fight it. For more of a plot point or vanity, you could make it Diminuitive, and have its mere presence slow or relieve aging in anyone nearby. The creepy old conjurer trapped an elemental in his pocket-sized golem so he could live twice as long, or something.
Anyone got any other/better ideas?
