Effect of additional traits added by the Perform skill?

Skills, Feats, Equipment & Spells

The Perform skill says:
"When you use an action or activity that utilizes the Performance skill, it gains one or more traits relevant to the type of performance."

The Dance Performance Type adds the Move and Visual traits.

Casting Lingering Performance is an activity that utilizes the Perform skill.

The Move trait is defined as "This action involves moving from one space to another in some way."

One of the triggers of Attack of Opportunity is an activity with the Move trait within reach.

So, does using Dance for a Lingering Performance mean:
A) that you can move to another space?
B) that it will trigger an AoO?

(B) only.

Agreed, these traits mostly tag an action so that other effects can interact with them. They do don't do anything in of themselves, they just qualify you to benefit (or more likely suffer) if something else requires a move action to happen.
