Solarian training

General Discussion

Where do Solarians train in your game? In enclaves away from the masses, through deep personal meditation? Just one question of creaminess for your game.

At our table we don't really have a Solarian. I did play one for Skittershot because I was eager to try it but we never went into detail on how Oaky Doki became a Solarian. He was just built to be silly.

As for my other Solarian character idea (the backup for when inevitably my Envoy succumbs to her own stubborn stupidity (probably poison or disease :P)). She is a Drow and the concept of her abilities is a strong connection to the Graviton forces. Self trained though not her proper calling as her theme is Corporate Agent. Consider her, as people tend to compare Solarian to Jedi (which they really aren't, their identity is much more interesting than space wizards) a Sith lord. Lawful Evil and willing to choke someone with her mind if they annoy her enough.

I have a solarian Priest of Sarenrae concept originating from bubble cities on the sun. I settled on Lashunta before I learned they can hear things from it.

I believe the official name for places where Solarions train is "Cosmonostaries."

Which sounds both hilarious and awesome at the same time.

Oh? I must have skipped that in the Core Rulebook. I was reading up on Solarians yesterday and nothing came up as Cosmonostaries. I think I should check Pact Worlds.

Shadow Lodge

I know the biggest training facility is on the Idari. Because there was a place on absalom station billed as 'the biggest solarian training facility outside the Idari.'
