I am working on TOS 2nd, a new Character manager for PF2nd edition, and I was wondering:
The racial (ancestry) feat 'ORC WEAPON CARNAGE' has the Orc Weapon Familiarity feat prerequisite.
A HUMAN who wishes to be an Half-orc, needs to first select the Half-Orc heritage feat at level 1. So at 5th level, he can't take the Orc Weapon Carnage just yet, since he is missing the Orc Weapon Familiarity feat.
So taking the Orc Weapon Familiarity feat at level 5, means that he would need to be level 9 to get Orc Weapon Carnage...
So in other words, the minimum level for this to occur is level 9 instead of level 5. Am i missing something here?

All characters can get a General Feat at level 3, and one of the general feats you can nab at that level is Ancestral Paragon, which allows you to get a Level 1 Ancestral Feat (like Orc Weapon Familiarity, for example).
As far as I know, that's the only way to get Orc Weapon Carnage at level 5.
