1. Fix ya feats. I am new to PF, very high hopes for PF2e, but boy, as a rogue looking through all those feats, having a large quantity of them mislabeled was not helpful. Many skill feats did not have the skill tag and a lot of general feats DID have the skill tag. Sure, I'd love to add +5 speed as my free first level feat, but I don't think I'm allowed to, despite it being labeled a skill feat. Maybe I'm wrong?
2. Character creation was rough. There is far too much flipping. A lot of page flipping was ok though and I am thankful for the page references. But man, it's a very inorganic process. Yall should like, get someone new to tabletop and just watch how they do it, because even with my experience in multiple other TTRPGs, this was worse than exalted (I had cheat sheets for that though)
3. A lot of the rules are strange. Nimble dodge gives me AC, but does it give me TAC too? It does apparently as said on page 176 apparently. It's not that it's in a bad place, but it's very counter intuitive. For a game known for crunch, this rule has 1 line for it, but it comes up a lot. I don't know a better way, but adding "to AC and TAC" might be better?
4. 3 actions: I love it. But as a rogue, I have many actions to choose from. I have no clue what I'd use my actions for as a fighter. Attacking multiple times is just not a good idea at low levels, and I have to be trained in deception to distract them, so what else do I use my actions for? A shield is nice, but what if I have a 2 handed weapon? If a monster walks up to me, what are my choices? Attack 3 times seems about all there is, and as a fighter with a 2 handed weapon, that's what i WANT to do, but that's a -5 and -10 to hit, so at first level i'm just wasting actions.
(This problem could just be my fault for not knowing my options)
The majority of my problems with the playtest so far can pretty much be summed up as "This is a rough draft, and I haven't read/memorized everything." but hope my feedback is helpful.
