Dispel Magic no longer targets creatures, only spell effects and magic items. But with Arcane Sight gone it doesn't seem like there is a way to target something like Mind Blank or Heroism that is affecting an enemy. Have I missed something, or is this how it is?
I suppose given the debuffs to most magic limiting the ability to take that weakened magic away from you demonstrates a certain amount of sense and fair play.
