Mobility and tumble through

So before core the rogue mobility feat stated it applied when you took the stride action and it was contentious if abilities like tumble through that said that you Stride would apply it because arguably youwl weren't taking the stride action.

But in core now mobility just says when you stride (not calling out the action) so any action that calls out you striding should apply it's effects I believe ?

Yes, the way it is worded in the remaster it applies to all Stride actions, regardless if those Stride actions are subordinate to some other activity.
