Creatures in darkness treats targets in lit areas as concealed (p. 301, under “Darkness”, last sentence). Does that mean that the Rogue can Sneak in the middle of the party under cover of the party’s torchlight when exploring a dark dungeon? :)

No from what I can tell it means you have to make a check to hit them but no they can hide in light from you.
