Nope, that's about the size of it. It's pretty bad - I really don't think you should be forced to take a feat/specific class for something as basic as an AoO. Even in Dark Heresy, where you're playing barely competent little acolytes, you can make attacks of opportunity by default.
Feels like prime houseruling material to me if they don't change it in final.
