Are you your own ally in 2e, or, Retributive Strike might get nasty

Playing the Game

Can anyone find word on whether or not you are your own ally in Pathfinder 2e? If not, then paladins are going to be counterattacking like crazy with their Retributive Strike 1st-level class feature.

1e bless mentions "The caster and all allies within a 50-ft. burst, centered on the caster," and that is an edition wherein you are your own ally.

I believe Mark Seifter confirmed somewhere in the playtest boards that you are not you own ally in Playtest rules, though I haven't put my finger on the exact post.

Could this thread please be moved to the "Playing the Game" subforum?

What I'd like to see is for effects that only work on allies be for only allies. If the originator of the effect can also be affected different verbage should be used and codified.
