Does the Desecrate spell stack?

if two sources cast desecrate or have an aura that acts as the spell, do they cause the effects to double? or if the shrine is there would it double again after that?

my instincts say no but i can't see anything that says it can't or can so i figured i'd ask the pros.

A profane bonus (or penalty) stems from the power of evil. Multiple profane bonuses on the same character or object do not stack. Only the highest profane bonus applies.

I agree. A place is either desecrated or it simply is not.

Desecrate would never stack with itself, regardless of what thing is providing the desecrate effect. Desecrate is the source of the bonus. And the same source never stacks, even on untyped bonuses.
