Alternative damage and Polymorph effects

Rules Questions

So, this is an interesting question that I can't seem to find mentioned anywhere.

When you're polymorphed into a creature's shape, you get all it's natural attacks and only specific special abilities. What happens when a creature has an alternative damage type that's just part of the natural attack, rather than coming from a separate ability? For example, the Escorite (https://www.d20pfsrd.com/bestiary/monster-listings/fey/escorite/) is a form available through Fey Form II, and does 1d4 Con damage on its Tentacle attacks. The ability score damage doesn't come from a separate ability, and would seem to just be part of the damage done by the attack. Does a creature assuming the Escorite's form also do 1d4 Con damage with its tentacles?

After reading the description of the Escorite I'd have to say no. You aren't a supernatural focus of decay, and no polymorph effect gives a stat damage effect.
