Is there an adventure that takes place in a cathedral?

There's one in Hell's Rebels, and there's The Flooded Cathedral from Ruins of Azlant. Don't know about any of the modules though, sorry.

The one in Hell's Rebels is in AP#100, A Song of Silver. It features a huge temple of Asmodeus.

D3: The Demon Within - its 3.5, but takes part in St. Clydwell's Cathedral that resides in Clydwell Keep. Its a pretty early module, so its a bit rough.

Are you specifically looking for modules? At Shadow's Door, from Season 2, largely takes place in the Grand Cathedral of Aroden, in Almas, Andoran.
