I can't find an answer to this question so I present you with this:
Does Steadfast Slayer work with a Double Weapon being used NORMALLY as TWF (two-weapon fighting) for each end of the weapon, given it is still a two handed weapon.
Or must the double weapon be WIELDED with both hands to be used to attack with only one end of it for steadfast slayer to work.
Benefit: If you are the only character threatening an opponent and you successfully attack the opponent with a two-handed melee weapon, for each size category larger than you that opponent is, you gain a +2 bonus on your melee damage roll.

It is a two handed weapon that you are wielding with two hands, yes?
This works.
Or, your GM doesn't want martials to have nice things.
Ultimately it is up to your GM, but yes it works with two handed double weapons being wielded in two hands.
Hopefully you are a small character, with a Nodachi + spear dancing style + Sap Adept/Master + Enforcer + Shatter Defenses.
The fun..

Exactly...
It's pretty much like your power attack for all Medium+ enemies.
Meanwhile you use Enforcer and the blunt end of the Nodachi in spear dancing style to deal Sap Master double damage and intimidate them. Hurtful gives you another attack once you get that far.
And Hurtful requires Power Attack, which stacks with Steadfast Slayer.
So when you two hand it with power attack on medium+ enemies, it is mighty.
Otherwise use spear dancing style to deal Sap Master double damage and intimidate them.
