Aqeous orb question

Rules Questions

Two questions:

1)If an enemy gets hit by a Dazing aqeous orb and three rounds later when they have recovered can they be hit again by it and dazed for another three rounds?

2) If an enemy gets dazed on the final round of the aqeous orb (spell expires) would the daze still last three rounds? Or does the daze also end once the spell expires?

1. Absolutely, there's not text suggesting you can be affected only once by it.

2. Sure, it still works. You can even cast an instantaneous spell e.g. dazing fireball and have it work.

Thanks. Couple other things came to mind, can you have two aqeous orbs active at the same time? For example the PC casts it in round 1 of combat and then again in round 2 (he prepared two for the day).

Secondly, can you have the orb run over your opponent (opponent successfully saves) and then try to run over enemy again in the same round?

It's not a concentration duration spell so you could cast it twice without losing the first one, yes.

While it'd probably work by the wording, I'd avoid trying to run over the same person repeatedly in the same round. It's probably not RAI and it's bound to irritate someone. Zig-zagging across a wall of fire with a grappled enemy caused far more irritation than I expected once (a similar effect IMO).
