Shipping question

Howdy,

I had added several items to my side cart for this most recent subscription shipment (order 5068385), and I was surprised to get them in six different packages. Postage really adds up when you don't combine shipments.

Why did they ship that way? Are the items coming from different locations?

Hello Mike,

Thanks for letting us know about this! I'm not sure exactly why our system went with that option, but it looks like your order should have been able to send out in one package for cheaper. I'll go ahead and refund the difference of $16.31 back to your original payment method. You should see those funds return in 1-5 business days.
